APPLICATIONS FOR ENTRY CLEARANCE AS A PARTNER / FIANCÉ(E)
This is the process of applying for permission to enter the United Kingdom based on one's relationship with a partner who is a British citizen or settled in the UK.
FLR(M) - PARTNER VISA EXTENSION
This is an application for individuals who are already in the UK on a partner visa, to extend their stay, based on their ongoing and continuing relationship with their partner.
SET(M) - ILR PARTNER
This application is for individuals on a partner visa, to apply for indefinite leave to remain (ILR) or permanent residence in the UK after living with their partner for at least 5 years.
DEPENDENT CHILD APPLICATIONS
This is the process whereby a child may apply to join their British or settled parent in the UK.
NATURALISATION
This is the process whereby an adult may apply to become a British citizen, primarily based upon their ability to meet certain residency and other requirements.
REGISTRATION
This is the process whereby a child may apply to become a British Citizen based on their ability to meet certain requirements within the British Nationality Act.
